SUMMARY :
Lyra is the daughter of Rumplestiltskin and a Time Lady. Her mother, escaping some conflict in her own time, crashed landed near the Dark One's Castle and found refuge and love with Rumplestiltskin. She never told Rumplestiltskin about her powers and origin, and when she was discovered by other Time Lords, she had to runaway to protect her daughter Lyra.

Growing up, Lyra had developed conflicting feelings for her father. She had quickly learned that Rumplestiltskin was not a caring man and that he sought power above all else. When she was old enough, Lyra left the Dark One's Castle, seeking to find her purpose in life and get away from her father's dark nature.

Having inherited her mother's Time Lord abilities (though initially dormant), Lyra was eventually found by the Doctor amidst her travels in the Enchanted Forest, who took her under his wing and taught her how to control her powers. She traveled with him for many years, witnessing countless historical events and helping to save countless lives.

Eventually, Lyra grew weary of the constant conflict and the Doctor's somewhat reckless approach. She decided to leave him and find a place where she could use her abilities to help people in a more sustainable way.

Drawn to Storybrooke by a surge of temporal energy and seemingly Fate itself, Lyra finds herself entangled in the lives of its residents, especially Regina Mills, the former Evil Queen. Lyra is instantly captivated by Regina, and a secret love blossoms within her heart for the woman.

But Lyra's Time Lord heritage comes with a heavy burden. She knows the dangers of tampering with time, and Storybrooke, with its unstable magic and fractured identities, is a ticking time bomb.

As Lyra navigates the treacherous land, she must confront her own past, embrace her Time Lord abilities, and decide whether to interfere in the lives of those she has come to care for, even if it means risking everything, including her own heart. Because there is only one thing that Lyra is certain of: Regina deserves her happy ending, even if she isn't a part of it.

ADDITIONAL NOTES :
━ As her mother's daughter, Lyra inherited some of the Time Lord traits: heightened intelligence, a longer lifespan, and the ability to sense temporal anomalies. She also possesses the capacity for regeneration, though the magic power she inherited from her father suppresses the ability, preventing it from activating.

━ Lyra is skilled in combat (both hand-to-hand and with weapons), possesses scientific knowledge (thanks to her Time Lord heritage), and has a natural aptitude for magic, even though she struggles to control it.

━ During her travels with the Doctor, she learned to pilot a TARDIS (though her own is currently disguised as a vintage motorcycle) and mastered the use of a sonic screwdriver. Her sonic screwdriver device is disguised as a pen. Lyra uses it to scan for temporal anomalies and to perform other technological feats. It doesn't work on magic, though.

━ Her biggest weakness is her fear of losing those she cares about. She also struggles with the responsibility of her Time Lord heritage and the temptation to interfere with the timeline. Her love for Regina makes her vulnerable and afraid of rejection.

━ Lyra is haunted by the past, as she carries the weight of her past travels and the difficult choices she's had to make. She struggles with guilt over those she couldn't save.

━ As far as her personality goes, Lyra inherited her mother's boundless curiosity and sharp intellect. She's a quick thinker, adept at solving puzzles and analyzing situations. Lyra is deeply empathetic and driven by a strong desire to help others. She is fiercely loyal to those she cares about. Possesses a dry wit and a penchant for sarcastic humor, a coping mechanism for the weight of her past and the dangers she's faced. Despite her outward confidence, Lyra carries the burden of immense loss and the fear of altering timelines. She struggles to let people get close, fearing she'll either endanger them or disappear on them. Lyra doesn't back down from a fight and isn't afraid to speak her mind, especially when standing up for others. Lastly, after years in the background, watching happy endings from afar, Lyra longs for a happy ending of her own.

━ Lyra arrives in Storybrooke shortly after Emma broke the Dark Curse. She had been tracking a surge of temporal energy (which is not only the town in general being an anomaly, but Rumplestiltskin restoring magic after the curse was broken) that led her there. Lyra was drawn to the town and the strange events unfolding, sensing the presence of magic and the potential for temporal paradoxes.

━ She is aware of the true nature of Storybrooke and the identities of its residents. Lyra understands the complexities of magic and the dangers of tampering with time. Her purpose in Storybrooke is twofold: to protect the timeline and to help the residents find their happy endings, while also grappling with her own feelings for Regina and the potential consequences of revealing her true identity.

━ She is reunited with her father, Rumplestiltskin, in Storybrooke. This would come as a surprise to Lyra. Honestly, she hoped to never see him again, because his dark nature disgusted her immensely. Rumple tries to become a father to her again, but Lyra pushes him away. She wants nothing to do with him.

━ Lyra reveals half her identity to the residents of Storybrooke after everyone learns she is Rumple's daughter. She tells them about how her mother left her when she was very young to protect her (she doesn't mention from what, though) and she was raised by her father at the Dark One Castle afterwards. Lyra would even tell them she left and does not agree with her father's dark nature.

━ It will obviously be a surprise to her when she meets Belle, the woman her father loves. Lyra doesn't understand what both her mother and Belle sees in Rumple. Alas, she does enjoy Belle's company as time goes on.

━ Lyra falls into the portal with Mary Margaret and Emma. However, she will not be able to get them back on her own because her motorcycle is back in Storybrooke. Therefore, they're stuck and must find a way back.

━ Lyra uses her untrained magic for the first time around them, most likely when she is travelling with Mary Margaret and Emma in the Enchanted Forest. Keep in mind that she has no control over her magic, because she was never trained.

━ At some point, Rumple should tell his daughter about Neal. This would be the first time Lyra is learning about her older brother, because Rumple never spoke of Neal before. She would be upset that Rumple never told her, because she could have found her brother on her own all this time. Lyra would later accompany them to New York to find Neal.

━ Lyra would go to Neverland to help rescue Henry. She is suspicious of her father and would split up to spy on him for at least a little while, learning about her familial connection to Pan.

━ During the Neverland Arc is when Lyra should realize that she has deep feelings for Regina.

━ Lyra reveals her true identity as daughter of a Time Lord when they must take turns telling the truth about themselves in order to free Neal from Pan. Everyone suspected Lyra has been hiding something since she arrived in Storybrooke, but they didn't expect her to be a Time Lord, nor do they understand what that means. Therefore, she'll have to explain everything to them. They shouldn't be upset with her for lying, they understand how Lyra feels and knew she had no other choice but to keep her Time Lord heritage a secret.

━ Due to the fact she was born in the Enchanted Forest, Lyra would be consumed by Pan's curse. Her motorcycle would come to the Enchanted Forest with her, however, Lyra has no idea where it ended up and has to search for it. Obviously, if she finds it, she can leave the Enchanted Forest. But Lyra and the others never find it, Zelena got to it before they could.

━ During the year they're in the Enchanted Forest, Lyra would become closer to Regina, being there for her as she grieves for Henry. Lyra would eventually ask Regina to train her to properly use her magic and Regina would agree. At some point, they would even confess their feelings.

━ Lyra and Regina are officially a couple in season four.

━ Regina will still be teaching Lyra how to control her magic in season four, although their training sessions will not be as frequent considering they trained together a lot during the year they were in the Enchanted Forest.

━ Lyra falls through Zelena's time travel portal with Emma and Killian. She had sensed the temporal surge and went there to inspect it. Unfortunately, her motorcycle doesn't fall into the portal with them and the three of them get stuck in the past together.

━ She is furious at Emma for tampering with the timeline by ruining how Snow White and Prince Charming first met. So, Lyra guides them into amending Emma's mistake and bringing Snow White and Prince Charming together before any temporal paradoxes or anomalies can occur, due to the change Emma made to the past.

━ I do not have anything important planned for Lyra beyond season four. Obviously, I would prefer you write season five. But it's up to you if you want to write anymore after that, or end the story with season five. You are allowed to include Lyra into the later seasons however they want, although I will ask that you run any and all ideas by me first to ensure it not only works, but remains in character for her.

━ The only thing I ask of you is that Lyra and Regina get a happy ending. After everything they've been through, it's what they deserve.
